I've always been able to walk into a room and really listen. I can hear where someone is coming from, even when I don't agree with them. That's not something I learned for business. It's just how I'm built, and it shapes everything about how Hollywood North Annex works.
Most people feel more disconnected than they let on. Technology promised to bring us closer, and a lot of the time it did the opposite. I believe I can help with that, partly through good work, partly through a genuine laugh at the right moment.
